From a single vineyard at an altitude of 300 metres the indigenous Sidalan grapes are pressed as whole clusters, made entirely in stainless steel tanks including ageing on the lees for three months. A fascinating organic wine pale straw yellow with aromas of honeysuckle and apricot, the palate is herbal and peppery with a creamy texture. Smooth and balanced with a pleasant finish.
