Planted on schist and sandstone in a single vineyard in Anjou, hand harvested, fermented with native yeast and aged in vats on the lees for 11 months, before getting bottled unfiltered with just a touch of sulfur. Full bodied, but balanced with ripe yellow fruit, fresh citrus and smokey minerality. Really delicious.
