This Doppelbock-style with its dark amber colour has a rich nose and hints of caramel, bread and brown sugar, with some dark toffee touches as well. As one would expect from a Doppeldock, the Maximator is big on flavour. It is a bold lager that is slightly hoppy, smooth, and balanced – slick and impressive like you would expect from a Munich-produced, maltier premium lager.
