Fermented with BRY 97 from Lallemand yeast for a clean West Coast style to allow the hops to shine through. For the hops they wanted to explore Crosby Hops CGX cryogenic lupulin hop pellets. Burnt Mill used Crosby Hop's Columbus, Azacca CGX and Amarillo CGX which has produced punchy pine and citrusy orange West Coast goodness.
