Nebbio (which means mist) is a collaboration between Les Caves de Pyrene and Fabrizio Iuli, a natural wine winemaker from Monferrato whom we have had the pleasure of working with for nearly 20 years. The wine is a young and vibrant expression of Nebbiolo that can be enjoyed without cellaring, much like the junior wines of the Langhe.
