Combe Au Mas is a tiny farm of just 14 hectares situated at the foot of Mont-Ventoux in the Vallée-du-Rhône. The vines are worked organically (certification in progress) with the idea of moving to fully biodynamic in the future. Winemaking is done without inputs, no filtering, natural yeast fermentation, and only minimum sulphites added before bottling if needed.
The unique character of this winery comes from the choice of maturing all the wines in amphora. These large containers, between 1800-3200L, allow them to refine the minerality of the wines while retaining the fruit and freshness typical of the terroir.
