The twist on this beer is use of a new pellet format from Clayton Hops. Their new pellet product 'Amplifire' is a concentrated pellet similar to Cryo pellets. More aroma, less grass. We will be using Nelson and Motueka variants. Main Aroma and Flavour profile Passionfruit, Skittles, Lychee, Mango
