Sheep Shag wine! We don't know why either. Grapes were picked by hand and chilled down to 15C. Delicate pressing, fermentation took place in stainless steel vats at a low temperature for 14 days. Ageing took place in stainless steel vats for 12 months. Only 3000 bottles of this wine were made. Light golden colour with aromas of steppe flowers, pear and yellow apple. Harmonious with fresh acidity and Meyer Lemon notes. Suholimanske is a cross between Chardonnay and Plavai, one of the most popular grape varieties in Bessarabia region.
