'Les Genoux' which means the knees is a field blend from vines are nearly 100 years old. This blend is made up of Grenache Noir, Carignan, pink Grenache Gris and various white varieties. Sealed with donated beeswax this wine has a complex nose of spice and with hints of raspberries, plummy and herbacious with medium tannins on the tongue this wine really is the bees knees.
