Stupid Sexy Suffolk is Little Earth Project’s Flanders Red-style sour – plum and cherry-heavy fruity and properly acidic.
This is the fifth blend of Stupid Sexy Suffolk and contains three different barrels with the oldest dating from November 2018 & the newest brewed April 2021. The older barrel brings more wood character to the blend, while the newer barrels add a cleaner, crisp acidity. Definite oak characteristics with balsamic, plum & cherry undertones.
