Starting with their porter base they introduced 300kg of strawberry puree, then steeped with freshly roasted coffee beans from Bubblehead Barista. Expect lightly tart strawberry up front mellowing to sweet strawberries and cream, followed by roasty coffee with a subtle chocolate finish.
