Noita | Qvevri Chardonnay | Wild Cider 8% 750ml

When NOITA's qvevris are emptied in the spring they fill them back up with cider straight away. A healthy amount of skins are added and they are left to re-ferment with the lees from the qvevri’s previous tenant. This results in a super-refreshing 7-8%, funky, wine-flavoured, sparkling cider.
