Abandon oneself to the decadence of our new Gold Top DIPA. A sextet of some of Track's favourite hop varieties deliver a frenetic performance; heady hop oil unctuousness, followed by a platter of peach, melon, tangerine and grape, before a serving of caramel-capped banana splits. The cherry on top is the smidgen of lactose that tempers the hop intensity, rounds out the sweetness and heightens the luxuriance.
