A beautiful, beautiful drink. Not at all tired. The nose is mature, and we are into the realms of the aromas of a winery cellar with old wood and wine, and that evocative aroma of a room in an old house that has fine old wood furniture, panelled walls and old books, with a hint of a cedar lined cigar box, fine tobacco, and celery salt, with some hints of strawberry and sour cherry. Fruit very much the aromatic front-runner with only very muted tertiary notes.
