Grapes were grown in sunny Odesa region and delivered to the winery in Kyiv. Manual harvesting and then fermentation in 225L oak barrels, wine has aged 4 months in new oak barrels. The wine has delicate aromas of herbs, pear with the touch of oaky vanilla. Aftertaste is fresh and mineral with toast notes. This unfiltered aligoté is a biodynamic wine.
