Travelling south from his family's Bordeaux vineyards, Bruno Lafon is making wine from the juicier grapes produced in the warmer climates of Limoux. This bright and rich dark red berry pinot noir is far too easy to drink, with highlights of thyme and anise and a soft finish of tobacco and mixed spices.
