Cool River is a bright West Coast pale with a crisp malt profile and a lasting bitterness. Citra and El Dorado take the main stage in this beer with tropical citrus fruits and a resinous back note. They also added a touch of Chinook adding some balanced pine and grapefruit to round off the hop profile.
