Pablo Martinez is the one-man show behind this tiny, high-quality Spanish Albarino producer. The fruit is from 35 year old vines, grown on predominantly sandy soil right next to the Atlantic. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless tanks. Full of citrus, green fruit and stone fruit. Deep and fresh on the palate with lively acidity and a long persistent finish.
