A lovely pale gold in colour, with a persistent stream of fine bubbles, with a bright and energetic palate showing elegant and expressive citrus notes. Well-defined and expressive fruit, and plenty of savoury richness from extended lees ageing. bright lemony acidity and the palate builds in complexity from long lees ageing, there's a bready richness to the citrus and apple fruit. Excellent length.
