After fermentation without additives, this pale yellow wine has a bright and crystalline color with diamond reflections. Its nose is composed of thyme, lemon, mirabelle plum and freshly picked almonds. On the palate, a lemon duo is felt: Mento and Kumbawa. The attack is ample before tightening on a tense, fresh and dynamic finish.
This very fine and complex Chablis will go perfectly with lemony dishes, oysters, shellfish and fish carpaccios.
