this Pinot G is quite aromatic with ripe apple aromas with hints of honey and peach. The taste is also brilliantly complex. Pinot Grigio usually prides itself on a clean, crisp taste and although Il Badalisc has that crisp edge to it, this is also a wine which is textural with layers of orchard fruit, spice and fresh citrus acidity.
