Pinot Blanc 2023 was taken from the Heartenoak vineyard, nestled in the South Downs. Known for its rich, chalky soil, Heartenoak wines are gorgeously mineral and this Pinot Blanc is no exception. Notes of lemon zest, green apple and wet stone move to a well-rounded, medium-bodied palate with further flavours of blossom and pear. A real hidden gem, and at only 1170 bottles produced, certainly a wine to savour.
