Little Earth Project | TrIPA MKIII | Red Wine Barrel Aged TIPA 11% 750ml

A triple IPA brewed in early 2021 and aged for just under 4 years in a fresh red wine barrel. The tannins come through from the barrel ageing with an almost sherry like dry finish. The hops have tamed the sour and allowed a bit of funk to come through as well.
