Made in an urban winery in Worthing, West Sussex, and grapes from Kent & Sussex this is a revolutionary new style of English fizz. Whilst this fizz is made with the key Champagne grapes, they have made it in a slightly less labour intensive way to keep costs down (as English fizz has become pretty pricey over the years!) Basically the secondary fermentation happens in the tank instead of as per the Champagne method in the bottle. However it is still aged for 25 months before release, and up there with some of the best we have tasted! Tasting notes: creamy. zesty. apples.
