Despite all the raucous fun that this wine brings, the end product is a calm, smooth red dripping in ripe fruit flavours and sunshine. It's had all that Adelaide Hills sun and it shows. Plum jam, milk chocolate, acacia, pepper, cassis - it's all there. Properly good.
