Another surprising drink. Made combining Stevnsbær cherry with organic fermented pears from Lolland. The pears and cherries are fermented separately and then combined 60% cherry, 40% pear. This gives you a vivid crimson drink, with an initial, deep cherry punch followed by a very gentle, delicate sweetness from the pears.
