Designed to show off all the lovely bright fruit of the Stevensbær cherries 2021 Harvest. Cherry nectar in a glass, sharp, intense Stevnsbær sweetness with chocolate and citrus finish. Dangerously drinkable.  Traditional liqueur is made from juice, sugar and alcohol, this reinvented version uses naturally fermented Stevnsbær cherries, alcohol only being added at the end to achieve greatness.
